Manufactured and Mobile Homes – Greater San Antonio

As a full service agent, I can assist from finding, negotiating, and purchasing your home, securing the land needed, to finding contractors or appropriate project managers for your site work. With so many moving pieces, contract structure is critical to give you the protections you need. I can also help you purchase an existing lot with a mobile or manufactured home already installed. 

 

Please note the only thing I can’t help with is purchasing a used manufactured or mobile home by itself (no land). This is considered chattel (personal property) and not real estate. If you’re just in the market to buy a new manufactured home, I’m open to assisting you with negotiations for your home at a dealer, typically being paid based off a referral fee from the dealer. Even in this situation, my role will be limited unless there’s the purchase of land involved.
